Our Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns received after 14 days are eligible for store credit only, subject to approval.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original condition with original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 

Please note:
All purchases made at trunk shows, live events, and special‑event pop‑ups are final sale.

 

Return Process

To ensure proper tracking and secure handling, we strongly recommend requesting a prepaid return label from SITA Couture.

If you choose to ship your return independently:

  • The package must be insured

  • A valid tracking number must be provided

SITA Couture is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or untracked when shipped independently.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders.
All international returns must include tracking.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after returned items are received and verified as compliant with the 14‑day return window and eligibility conditions.

 

Item Review & Partial Refunds

Each returned item undergoes an inspection upon receipt.
Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Items are not returned in original condition

  • Components or accessories are missing

  • Damage is present outside of manufacturing error

  • Items are received outside the eligible return window

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial.

Approved refunds are:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 10–14 business days, depending on your financial institution

 

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing window:

  1. Verify your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank, as posting times vary

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

 

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item

  • A digital gift certificate will be issued upon approval

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
