3. Orders, Acceptance & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification by SITA Couture.

We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, violated Terms, inventory discrepancies, or payment authorization issues.

Payments are processed through secure third party providers (including Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal). By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for the full amount, including taxes and shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment failures, authorization holds, or banking restrictions.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, theft after confirmed delivery, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for non compliant returns.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days following inspection.

Shipping fees, return costs, duties, and taxes are non refundable unless an error occurred on our part or the item was defective.

ALL SALE, DISCOUNTED, LIMITED EDITION, OR FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions
